Tylenol is making you autistic

no es real?

Bonjour,

We produced a feature length film with 6 friends on Wednesday. Check it out here.

Mark your calendar: we’ll be live and in person again next Wednesday at 12 pm EST with Rachel from Circle, Avi from Friend, Emmet from Solana Labs, Saarim from itm, Reggie from Twitter and more!

Also, we’re doing something extremely hot in SF on Oct. 7 for Tech Week. HMU if you’ll be a gal about town that week and want to roll up.

ily,

It’s that time of the month…

…when we check in on the post-truth internet era we live in. A few media illiterate moments popped up on the timeline since our last report, forcing many scrollers to double-take.

First up, a Prada campaign that seemed to feature a busted Zac Efron made the rounds last week. Fans quickly and passionately lamented what they thought could be his latest “botched” update, only to find out the ads were a not-even-well-crafted-AI spoof.

Next, prediction market pettiness continued this week when South Park released their highly anticipated episode centered on the new betting platforms. Polymarket and Kalshi fans had wondered which prediction market, if any, would be name dropped in the segment.

If you are like me and your only exposure to the episode was the timelines recap, you’d think both of the rivaling prediction market platforms, Polymarket and Kalshi, were mentioned in equal measure.

After it aired, drama ensued, with some claiming the episode starred Kalshi, and others on the side of Polymarket being highlighted. The finger-pointing and name-calling had everyone who does not watch the show questioning what actually happened.

Turns out that despite some deepfaked clips circulating, both platforms were in fact mentioned in Thursday’s show.

The last and perhaps most consequential “fact or fiction” in our roundup comes straight from 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. In the shape of Tylenol being responsible for autism in America.

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F Kenney Jr. himself feels this one’s the real deal. Experts may or may not feel otherwise.

Oh also, we did a full subway campaign for a single livestream?
