I’m not a conspiracy theory person. We all have our things, but for me, thinking the Illuminati is behind something doesn’t really get me off. It goes M.I.A. in a literal tin foil hat real quick, IMO.

However, the same can’t be said for my coworkers. This week, the Blue Origin space flight really flared things up at Boys Club™ HQ. So, this newsletter is for anyone asking, what are some good conspiracy theories for someone just getting into conspiracy theories? We’re digging into some of The Boys’ favorite theories and connecting the dots along the way.

Let’s begin with one of Deana’s favorite theories: that Avril Lavigne was swapped out in 2003 for her lookalike, Melissa Vandella. There is very little evidence to this, but a strong vibe.
Everything went downhill after the world found out that Avril Lavigne died and was replaced by a clone

While we’re on the topic of being replaced, it’s also been theorized that the faked all-female Blue Origin flight on Monday was an opportunity to release a new Katy Perry into the world.

Which led us to a classic Katy Perry conspiracy: that she’s actually JonBenét Ramsey, the childhood beauty pageant star who was tragically murdered. It’s a dark one, but so deeply believed by some that they’re putting X ad dollars behind it.
Oh hell yeah. That’s an ad

This, naturally, brings us to the feud between Taylor Swift and Katy Perry that rocked the pop culture scene in 2014.
Taylor Swift: Do you have 10 minutes to spare?
Katy Perry: Yes, but I’m going to space.

Which, I fear, brings us to Gaylor: the belief that Taylor Swift is gay. This theory runs so deep in the bones of some of the people I love that I don’t even see it as a conspiracy anymore. If you’ve got 7 to 8 hours to kill today, dive in!
And a long time friendship between Taylor Swift and Drake, brought the team to a fresh theory that just dropped yesterday.
Some investigate journalism concerning Drake’s crypto wallets, builds a case that he did the worst thing someone can do.
Deleted this earlier so i could confirm some things bros but yeah so Drake’s burner crypto wallet and some messages leaked and it’s sounding like it *allegedly* connects him/his boys to some not great things bros, somehow hasn’t really been talked about yet

And no I don’t mean this:

Now, as with every conspiracy theory, only you can decide what is true, false, or post-truth. I’m just here to allege stuff.
you can just allege stuff
